New Formation of the 'Real Estate Workout Group' of CFAS
Stephen L. Fagyas, President of CFAS is pleased to announce the formation of the "Real Estate Workout Group" of CFAS.
The new group is to be headed by Maxwell T. McCone, B. Comm. C.A. (NZ). Mr. McCone began his career at Cadillac Fairview in the 1980's with their Land and Housing Group. He owned and operated a manufacturing and distribution business for many years which he sold in 2002. At that time he formed McCone Advisors, which has been providing general strategic consulting services to the manufacturing, financial and real estate industries.
